Your satisfaction is very important to us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your card or canvas, contact customer service at Sunrise Creations within 14 days of the date of your purchase to receive a refund, or reprint.

If the error is our mistake, the order will be reprinted at no charge.

However if the error is made by the customer, the card, canvas print or photo book will be printed at the customers cost. Errors include approving of a proof for printing containing an error.

It is the customers' responsibility to ensure all wording, images and layout is correct prior to approving the proof for printing.

Ordering is easy:

Step 1 - Select design, colour theme and size.Enter your text and upload photos!

Choose from one of our many designs or let us customise a design for you. Enter your text, colour preference and upload your photos. Alternatively, email this directly to us.

Step 2 - Proof and Customer Review

Our professional designers will ensure your card, canvas print or photo book looks fabulous. When your proof is complete, a digital file is emailed to you for approval. If you would like any changes to your proof, let us know.

Step 3 - Printing and Delivery

Once happy with your proof, send us your approval to print. We will only send your order to the printer when you have approved the design!

File Formats

We accept jpg, jpeg, png, gif, bmp, tif, tiff. If your photo is in a different format, please let us know and we will have a look at it.

Printed Photographs

We accept printed photographs. These will be returned to you along with your order. When selecting the photographs to use, ensure the image is sharp. Photos taken in a well lit situation will give the best result

Scanning Images yourself

If you are scanning images for a photo book, please email one to us prior to scanning them all so that we can verify the quality. Here are some tips:

- Dust your scanner and photograph with a lint free cloth;
- Scan your images at a minimum of 300 dpi;
- Crop the photos to the edge of the original photo.

Minimum Resolution

Please send us high resolution images; the higher the quality photo, the better the result. We recommend you use a 3 megapixel camera or better.

Black and White or Sepia

Rather than taking your photo using the black and white setting on your camera, take it in colour and we will convert it to black and white or sepia using our professional software. You will receive a far higher quality result!

Uploading

When uploading, always upload your original unedited and uncropped image, so that we have the best quality of file to design with.

Special Instructions

Our designers will digitally enhance your photos for free. However if there is anything particular you would like done, eg. removing blemishes, please let us know.

Cropping

Please do not crop your image, We will do this as part of the design process. If you have a certain way that you would like to see the photo, either let us know or send us your version as well as the original photo.

Not Ready with a Photo?

Do you have a photo shoot planned? No problem - you can still complete your order and either you or your photographer can upload your photo afterwards.

Digital photos should be taken at the highest resolution and in the finest quality setting. The photograph should be taken with a camera of at least 3 megapixels. Please do not crop or edit the photos prior to sending them.

Quality white envelopes are included for our Invitations, Announcements, Thank You Cards and Christmas Cards.

Yes, all cards are digitally printed using the latest technology in commercial printers, we do not use a home computer.

The printer that we use is the HP Indigo press 5500. This printing press delivers unmatched quality. It’s the true digital offset press that combines the look and feel of traditional offset with genuine photo quality.

The HP Indigo press 5500 offers both offset and photographic quality. Some features are:

• Wide color gamut, with up to 7-color printing

Yes. Each card can be personalised with an individual thank you note. Therefore, you can thank one guest for their gift of a painting, another for their support throughout the planning, and your caterer for their service.

The cost of this service is $100. The information is to be supplied in excel format, where each column represents a new paragraph or line. See example below:

Yes, we can print your guest names on your cards. The cost for invitations and thank you cards is $100, for place cards the cost is $90.

Please supply a word or excel file listing the names exactly as you would like them to appear. For the place cards, a separate file needs to be supplied with one name per line or cell.

Yes we can send out samples. Please complete the Contact Sunrise Creations form and include your address and the style of card you would like to see.

You can have your cards in as little as 6 working days!

How can we offer this? We have a weekly print run for our cards where your design must be signed off by 3pm on a Monday for printing that same week. Your cards will be packaged and delivered to you the following Monday.

For our designers to personlise your card, we will always aim for it to be ready for printing in the following weeks print run.

All cards are printed on satin deluxe card stock.

The paper is a high quality bright white card stock - it is smooth to touch. The card stock is 310 gsm. The paper has a very good colour representation.

Matte Finish

Our cards and invitations are printed on matte finished card. This creates a professional look to your photos, reduces any glare and does not show up finger prints.

Choosing the photos can be extremely daunting (believe me, I know!). We have come up with a winning formula that will help you choose your photos for your album. A short phone conversation will resolve these issues - guaranteed!

The number of photos and number of sides will determine the price of your photo album. The price ranges are listed below. For a more accurate pricing, please contact us with the approximate number of photos and sides.

Photo album with 40 sides:
Prices start at $7.50 per side for up to 30 photos (suitable for a guest book) and can go up to $15.60 per side for 100 photos.

Photo album with 60 sides:
Prices start at $6.80 per side for up to 50 photos (suitable for a guest book) and can go up to $14.80 per side for 150 photos.

Photo album with 80 sides:
Prices start at $7.20 per side for up to 80 photos and go up to $14.40 per side for 200 photos.

Photo album with 100 sides:
Prices start at $6.55 per side for up to 100 photos and go up to $13.80 per side for 260 photos.

Scanning:
Scanning is charged at $2.50 per photo. If you wish to scan your own photos, we recommend that you contact us first to ensure that your images are being scanned at the correct setting and format.

Included in the cost is the following:

• A4 Hard cover album with digitally designed pages (Satin 170gsm);
• Title embossing on the cover;
• Designed cover;
• Custom designed title page;
• Up to 20% of photos will be digitally enhanced;
• Converting to black and white (if required).

Below is a detailed process for ordering and printing your personalised photobook. We have added an additional step so that you receive a truly personalised service.

1. Phone Consultation and Photobook Quote:

   A phone consultation with one of Sunrise Creations' photobook design consultant, where we will discuss the basic outline of your photobook.
   
   Photobook Quote: A quote for your photobook will be emailed to you. The cost is determined by the number of photos and pages as a result of our discussion.
   
   

2. Prepare and send content for your photobook:

   Photos: After your personal consultation you will have a list of topics within your subject to guide you in choosing the photos for your photobook. We recommend to include a few additional images, that may be used for design purposes. Please make it clear which ones these are.
   
   Sorting: The photos that you would like used in your photobook should be divided by topic, unless you would like them in order of the date take. If they are not sorted in this way, an additional charge will be applied depending on the time it takes for Sunrise Creations to organise your images.
   
   Wording: Type the wording that you would like in your photobook and send this in with your images.
   
   Deposit: Send your photos and make a 50% deposit:
   
   

3. Proof and Customer Review

   Our professional designers will ensure your photobook looks fabulous. When your proof is complete, a digital file is emailed to you for approval. In some cases, a proof of concept with just a few pages will be first sent. If you would like any changes to your proof, let us know.
   
   

4. Printing and Delivery:

   Once happy with your proof, send us your approval to print. It will take approximately 3 weeks for your fabulous photobook to be ready for delivery.

Allow 21 days to receive your first proof. From when the proof is signed off, please allow up to 21 days.
